Overview

Uhb-zk series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The flow passage parts are made of steel lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is a new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastics for pumps. It has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, creep resistance and good corrosion resistance.

The design of this series of pumps is cantilever front open, and the impeller is semi open (without front cover plate), which enhances the trafficability in the flow channel, so that the particles and impurities in the medium can quickly pass through the pump cavity without blocking. The shaft seal is K-type fluororubber sealing ring, with cooling water jacket outside, taking into account the dual requirements of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
